RIVERBED STEELHEAD: Link State Propagation (LSP) Doesn't Bring Down Peer Interface

Issue: On xx80 Series SteelHead appliances running either RiOS version 9.12.x or 9.14.x, a link failure on a LAN or WAN InPath interface fails to bring down the peer interface.

Cause: This issue is related to Bug STEELHEAD-16278.

Fix: This issue is fixed in RiOS version 9.14.1a.
