Issue: Some TA10 Series Devices shipped with defective SD Memory Cards that cause the appliances to fail to boot following software upgrades.
Remedy: If you are planning to upgrade your TA10 appliances, please open a support ticket with Teneo to verify if your serial number corresponds to a device with a defective SD Card. If the SD Card is defective, we can arrange to have a replacement card issued under RMA prior to your scheduled upgrades.
