To raise a ticket on our online ticket portal, please follow the link below. You’ll need to log in using the credentials you received when you first joined our service and fill out the fault or support details requested. Please make sure you fill out all information as accurately as possible so we can deal with your issue as quickly as we can. Here’s that link you’ll need: https://support.teneo.net
To raise a ticket via email, send the details of your issue to the address below and a ticket will automatically be logged on our ticket portal. This will then be picked up by one of our Service Desk engineers as soon as possible. Here’s our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
We’re available at the Teneo Service Desk 24 x 7 x 365. We recommend that all P1 critical faults are logged by telephone.
